This jewelry store in awesome. They have fine jewelry, custom designs and on-site repair. I purchased my engagement ring, wedding band (which was custom made to exactly match my engagement ring) and my husband’s wedding band from Jalin Jewelers. The owner, Todd Romberger, is very nice and helpful. They have very special pieces of jewelry and I highly recommend this jewelry store.

To make a long story short. I have a watch bracelet that I was having trouble sizing. Asked my wife to please get it sized for me. The first place she took it too said that it couldn’t be sized. I asked her to please take it elsewhere as that was ridiculous. Not only did Jalin’s take care if it as it was such a minor item they did it at no charge. My plan was to build a custom engagement ring and acquire it over the course of seven months. Every place I went pretty much turned me away with my specs and what I was wanting. I walked into Jalin and Donna was so pleasant to me. She explained my payment options and set up an appointment with Todd for me. When I met Todd, I could tell he knew what he was doing and he assured me he could build it. I gave him reference photographs and pinpointed certain areas of each. He worked with me from the first day and was always on the ball. He set up certain checkpoint meetings and conversations that allowed me not to worry the whole way through. He stuck by my timeline and expense median to get what I wanted done. In the end, it turned out beautiful and I felt like a million bucks. My proposal went very smooth and she loved the ring. I went back for the wedding band and he worked on a custom mold to fit the engagement ring as well. My wife also got my band from Jalin too. The guy is top notch and you can trust him. Just know what you want when you walk in there and do your research so you’re not wasting each others time. My wife and I got married on September 23rd and the rings were out of this world thanks to Todd.

Found this place by a couple of recommendations from neighbors. After yelping, I took my wedding rings in for repair of a loose setting. They said it was an easy repair, fixed it while I waited in less than 3 minutes. Everyone was very nice, and extremely knowledgeable. Will absolutely go back!

I found this place based on the one review it had at the time. I’ve been looking to upgrade my husband’s wedding band pretty much since we got married. He has a plain white gold band and we wanted to get it to coordinate with my engagement ring that has our birthstones in it. I was prepared to buy a whole new ring but couldn’t find anything I liked. The Jalin guy had the brilliant idea to use my husband’s original band and they just cut the spaces and set the stones in that! Totally custom, saved me more than half the expense, and we LOVE that my husband still has the same band I gave him the day we married! This place is family operated so there’s no commission which means no pressure…. genius! I’ve since had them do some maintenance on my engagement ring and I’ll be back!
