Jalin Jewelers is located at 4021 Preston Road, Suite 625, in the Lakeside Market Shopping Center in Plano, Texas 75093.

Our showroom is conveniently located at the southeast corner of Preston Road and Spring Creek Parkway, just south of H-E-B and directly across the parking lot from Mi Cocina restaurant.

Pearl and bead restringing is performed by a trusted outside specialist experienced in handling delicate and valuable jewelry.

Please allow a minimum of four weeks for pearl and bead restringing services.

Our professional bench jeweler has over 40 years of experience performing jewelry repairs and restoration.

We offer services including ring sizing, prong repair, stone tightening and replacement, chain and bracelet repair, ring shank repair, soldering, polishing, rhodium plating, and jewelry restoration.

Eligible merchandise purchased at our Plano showroom may be returned within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase receipt date for a full refund, provided the merchandise is in like-new condition and accompanied by its original packaging.

Eligible merchandise may also be exchanged in-store for an item of like value within thirty (30) calendar days of the original purchase receipt date.

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and must meet our merchandise condition requirements.

Jalin Pre-Loved estate jewelry, consignment jewelry, custom-designed jewelry, special orders, engraved or personalized items, and sized or altered jewelry are final sale, except as required by applicable law.

Jalin Jewelers accepts returns of eligible merchandise purchased through jalinjewelers.com within seven (7) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Merchandise must be shipped back no later than the seventh calendar day following the original confirmed delivery date. Customers may also return eligible online purchases directly to our Plano showroom within the same seven-day period.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipments must be insured for the full purchase value and sent using a trackable shipping method. Jalin Jewelers is not responsible for shipments lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.

Customers returning merchandise by mail must submit the Contact Us form on our website within the seven-day return period, providing their name, original order number, shipping carrier, and return tracking number. No advance return authorization is required.

Returned jewelry must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition, accompanied by all original packaging. Missing or damaged jewelry boxes will result in a $15–$50 deduction from the refund, depending on the box's size, style, and replacement cost, where permitted by law.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the merchandise has been received and inspected.
